The euro has been losing value versus the dollar for five straight days, and at the start of the current session, it is fluctuating between 0.9730 and 0.9663. The bulls’ attempts to more firmly establish themselves above the resistance at 0.9730 have not been very effective, but the bears have also been unable to take the upper hand. The bears have not even attempted to break through the support at 0.9663 as of the time the piece was written. Even though there is currently an attempt at consolidation, the downward movement has not yet stopped.
